1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, sale or clearance items.

How to Return an Item:

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
• Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
• Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part such as a defective item or incorrect product. 

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be at the discretion of the customer service team. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Partial Refunds:

• If an item is returned in less than its original condition, or if it is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund. This decision will be at the discretion of the customer service team. 

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and ensure you receive the correct item or a full refund.

We currently only ship domestically in Australia and shipping times may vary. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You will see the shipping options and rates during checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, subject to certain conditions.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
• Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
